The team consists of professionals who bring together various skills to offer the clients and the company, a competitive advantage. They are all specialists in their respective fields and are equipped with good knowledge in the domain of CDM as well, thus enabling us to effectively provide services of global standards.

Anmol Singh Jaggi, Director
As the Director, Founder and Operational Head, he is responsible for looking after company’s existing operations and new business development in India and overseas.
He is the lead consultant and has an extensive experience in the field of CDM. He has been instrumental in the development of more than 50 projects and is widely considered as an authority on the subject as is evident from invitations to speak at various conferences like CII, TERI, British High Commission and IVCJ.

Sanjay Agarwal, HOD - Project Development
A Chemical Engineer by qualification, he has an industry experience of over a decade, which includes working at different chemical industries across the nation. He is heading the team which is responsible for getting the projects registered.

Avadhesh Mittal, Manager - Project Development
Equipped with specialized degree in Energy Systems and hands on experience of industrial processes through energy audits, he is responsible for development of the projects and take them through the various stages of CDM cycle to achieve the final objective of getting CDM benefits for our clientele.

Nishikant Singh, Manager - Neutrality Services
He is spearheading the carbon neutrality services at Gensol. He is responsible for identifying carbon conscious organization and events, conducting carbon footprinting and further and making them carbon neutral.

Anurag Juyal, Manager - Trading
Being Manager – Trading, he is responsible for the trading of Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) and Verified/Voluntary Emission Reductions (VERs) generated from client projects, alongside maintaining and expanding the global network of buyers.

Jinesh Amlani, Manager - Marketing
He has obtained M.Sc. in Energy Systems. He is responsible for identifying avenues and strategically expanding Gensol’s market share. He has travelled across the country and is extensively involved in the field of marketing.
